Features
Every area is optional and set up per server in the /setup menu.
Groups with buttons
Create a group with /lfm: join, leave and leader menu. Groups are removed after an adjustable time.
Dungeon subscriptions
Members choose with /subscriptions which dungeons they want to be notified about.
Events with sign-up
Raids and guild nights with a sign-up button, participant list and reminder.
Event announcements
Game events and your own recurring events are announced in time, optionally with a role ping.
Player profiles
Custom fields like class or gear score. The summary shows up in groups and events.
Absences
Members enter vacations or breaks with a button. Expired entries are removed automatically.
Support tickets
Members open a private ticket with a button. After closing, the transcript is kept for a limited time.
Applications
New people apply with a button. Each application gets a private channel, accepting gives the member roles.
Role menus
Members pick roles themselves via buttons or a select menu, for example classes or notifications.
Admin tools
Welcome message, rules with a role button, temporary voice channels and logs.
Setup menu
All settings in one menu (/setup), including a permission check. Language per server: English or German.

Add the bot
Click “Add bot” and choose your server.

Open /setup
Set up the areas you need in the menu, for example LFG channel and dungeons.

Members write in the channel as usual. The bot takes care of the notifications.

FAQ
How much does the bot cost?
Nothing. All features are free to use.
Does the bot only work with Aion 2?
No. New servers start without a dungeon list. Admins add their own dungeons and keywords, so the bot works for other games too. Aion 2 events can be added with a button.
Which permissions does the bot need?
View channels, send and manage messages, embed links, attach files, read message history, add reactions, mention all roles, manage channels and roles, move members and connect. /setup checks the permissions automatically.
Who can use the bot?
Admins can limit usage to certain roles. Without a limit, all members can use the bot.
What data is stored?
Profile entries, subscriptions, absences, sign-ups, tickets and server settings. Profiles are deleted when someone leaves the server. If the bot is removed, all data of that server is deleted after 7 days. Details are in the privacy policy.
Which languages does the bot support?
English and German, set per server.
